2017 Forum Registration Fees:

Single Individual Registration (includes Friday Opening Dinner and Saturday events)

Early Registration, before March 1, 2017 $300  
Registration after March 1, 2017    $350  
Add Pre-Session for only $50   prior to March 1st
Add Pre-Session for only  $75   after March 1st
 

Friday, Governance Pre-Session only (does not include Opening Reception and Dinner)

Early Registration, before March 1, 2017 $200  
Registration after March 1, 2017  $250  

Fourth Team Member FREE for both Friday and/or Saturday (must register as a group prior to March 1st; not available for registrations received after March 1st)

$60 Friday evening dinner for guests

Students: $125 for both Friday and Saturday Sessions (includes Pre-Session)

Students:  $75 for Friday Pre-Session only (does not include Opening Reception and Dinner)

 
Substitutions/Cancellations:

If you cannot attend the Forum you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund - minus a $150 processing fee - must be made in writing no later than April 7, 2017. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the request. Cancellations made after April 10th are not eligible for a refund.
